The Story Behind the Guidance

For nearly two decades, I represented clients across the Monterey Peninsula, CA — from Pebble Beach and Carmel-by-the-Sea to Pacific Grove, Monterey, Carmel Valley and beyond. My work spanned entry-level homes to significant luxury estates, including multi-property transitions and complex estate sales. Many clients returned more than once, and colleagues often sought my perspective in unusual situations — a reflection of both the competence and care behind my work.

Over time, I began to see a pattern. Before ever engaging an agent, many people feel uncertain. They search online, compare profiles, gather information — and still wonder: Where do I begin? How do I choose wisely? Who will truly advocate for me? Even confident, accomplished individuals can feel unsettled navigating unfamiliar territory.

That awareness led me to evolve my role.

Today, I focus exclusively on consumer coaching and thoughtful agent matchmaking. I prepare individuals and families before they enter the market — helping them clarify priorities, understand the process, and connect with skilled, high-integrity Realtors who are aligned with their needs, whether locally or nationwide. Preparation builds confidence. The right partnership changes everything.

Beyond work, I’m simply Robin.

I raised my two children on the Monterey Peninsula, where they attended Carmel schools before continuing on to the University of California system. Family anchors me. Yoga keeps me centered. As a child, I could spend hours drawing — and though I didn’t pursue art formally, that creative thread still shapes my love of thoughtful design and intentional presentation.

My heritage blends 17th century American and early California roots with more recent immigrant resilience — giving me a deep appreciation for both legacy and reinvention. I value meaningful conversation, whether gathered with friends for wine tasting, heading to yoga together, or just hanging out. Learning someone’s story — and helping them think clearly about what comes next — is work that feels natural to me.

At the heart of it all, I believe transitions deserve steadiness, preparation, and care. My role is to offer clarity and trusted connection so clients move forward with confidence.
