Nature of Services

The Referral Studio provides real estate coaching, strategic consultation, and professional introductions. Services include preparation guidance, process education, strategic planning, and curated introductions to licensed real estate professionals.

The Studio does not directly list properties, draft contracts, represent clients in negotiations, or provide transactional brokerage services unless separately disclosed under a formal brokerage agreement.

All real estate representation, listing agreements, purchase agreements, and negotiations are handled exclusively by the licensed Realtor selected by the client.

Professional Introductions

Clients are introduced to carefully vetted Realtors based on alignment of goals, market expertise, and communication style. The client retains full discretion in selecting whether to engage any recommended professional.

If at any time the client determines the professional relationship is not the right fit, the Studio will assist in identifying an alternative match.

The client’s best interest remains the guiding principle of all introductions.

Compensation

Clients do not pay the Studio directly for advisory and referral services.

In the event of a successful real estate transaction with a referred Realtor, the Studio may receive a referral fee from that Realtor in accordance with industry standards and applicable regulations.

This compensation structure does not increase the client’s cost and does not alter the client’s fiduciary relationship with their chosen Realtor.

Mutual Intent & Communication

The Studio’s model is relationship-based and built on mutual loyalty and clear communication.

Clients are asked to:

• Maintain open communication regarding their real estate plans

• Inform the Studio before engaging alternative representation

• Work collaboratively and in good faith throughout the advisory process

In return, the Studio commits to ongoing availability, strategic guidance, and thoughtful placement — regardless of the timeline involved.

Because many clients begin planning well before a transaction occurs, advisory relationships may extend over time. The Studio welcomes this long-term approach and values continuity of trust.

Due Diligence

While the Studio provides strategic insight and referrals, clients are responsible for conducting their own due diligence regarding properties, financial decisions, legal matters, and professional engagements.

The Studio does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

Confidentiality

All personal information and discussions are handled with discretion and care. The Studio respects client privacy and does not share information except as necessary to facilitate professional introductions.

Limitation of Role

The Studio’s role is advisory and connective in nature. Responsibility for transactional execution rests solely with the licensed Realtor selected by the client and any other engaged professionals.

Dispute Resolution

Should concerns arise, the Studio is committed to addressing them directly and in good faith. Open communication is encouraged to resolve misunderstandings promptly and professionally.

Acceptance

By engaging with The Referral Studio, clients acknowledge understanding of this advisory model and agree to proceed in mutual trust and alignment.
